Introduce

Polyurethane adhesive:

1. Isocyanate:

TDI, MDI, HDI, IPDI, NDI, etc.

2. Polyols:

Polyester, polyether, epoxy resin

3. Solvent:

Toluene, chlorobenzene, dichloroethane, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, cyclohexanone and other organic solvents.

4. Catalyst:

(1). Tertiary amines, triethyleneamine [N-(CH2CH2)3-N] (good effect), methyldiethanolamine, triethanolamine, etc.

(2). Organometallic salts: dibutyltin dilaurate, cobalt naphthenate, zinc naphthenate, lead naphthenate, and lead zincate.

(3). Organophosphorus: tributylphosphorus, triethylphosphorus, etc.

5. Filling:

Talcum powder, barite powder, mica powder, calcium carbonate, calcium oxide, asbestos powder, titanium dioxide, asbestos powder, aluminum, iron powder, corundum powder, emery sand, etc.


Polyurethane sealant:

1. Polyurethane prepolymer:

Synthesized from polyether polyol and diisocyanate

2. Active hydrogen compounds:

Polyols, aromatic polyamines, etc.

3. Plasticizer:

Dioctyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, etc.

4. Catalyst:

Dibutyltin dilaurate, stannous octoate, N-methylmorpholine, etc.

5. Filling:

Calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, white carbon black, iron oxide

6. Thixotropic agent:

Calcium carbonate, etc.

7. Stabilizer:

Antioxidants, UV absorbers

8. Defoaming agent:

Calcium oxide, molecular sieve, etc.

9. Solvent:

Toluene, xylene, etc.
