Water-based Polyurethane

Water-based polyurethane (polyurethane water dispersion) coating uses water as the main medium, has low VOC content, does not contain free diisocyanate monomers, reduces volatile toxicity, is environmentally friendly, can be diluted with water, and is easy to construct.

Introduce

1.Oligomer polyol

Polyether and polyester diols, polyether triols, low-branched polyester polyols, polycarbonate diols and polycaprolactones. Ester diols, polyolefin polyols and other oligomer polyols.

2.Isocyanate

TDI, MDI, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), methylene dicyclohexyl-4,4'-diisocyanate (H12MDI), polymethylene polyphenyl poly Isocyanate (PAPI)

3.Chain extender

2,2-Dimethylolpropionic acid (also known as dimethylolpropionic acid), referred to as DMPA or DHPA,

Sodium ethylenediamine ethanesulfonate, sodium 1,4-butanediol-2-sulfonate, N-methyldiethanolamine.

4.Salt-forming agent

Sodium hydroxide, ammonia and triethylamine, HCl, CH3COOH, and alkylating agents such as CH3I, (CH3)2SO4, epichlorohydrin, etc.

5. Water and organic solvents

Water, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, dioxane, N,N-dimethylethylamine, formamide, N-methylpyrrolidone and toluene.

6. Emulsifier

Such as ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer, bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin-polyethylene glycol adduct, etc.
